At LAID Beauty Bar, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unopened and unused beauty products.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your products are unused, in their original packaging, and within the 30-day purchase window to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar protective container and attach the provided return label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
